On July 1st, Edgebrook Mall hosts a celebration of Rockford's legendary Vincent Records studio https://vincentrecords.com/ Vince Chiarelli, Frank Calvagna, and Trinadora (Janel Nelson, Ron Holm, John Bishoff) perform three concerts in one evening. Vince and Frank presents their exotic blend of Latin, Italian, and pop music. Trinadora follows with their wildly eclectic mix of 15 genres and a dozen instruments. The evening culminates with all the musicians playing their Three Italian Pop Stars tribute to Bobby Darrn, Connie Francis, and Dion Dimucci. The Pop Stars concert sold out in past performances, and a large turnout is expected. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
